I've always ignored the importance of breakfast when I was younger. I usually skipped breakfast because I didn't like the feeling of being full while I rush to work. On weekends, I used to wake up really late so breakfast was an afterthought.
But I guess with age, things change. And so did my point of view about breakfast.
So I'll try to make it a habit to have a full, but well-balanced breakfast and blog about it first thing in the morning. Wish me luck!
